• Type in your member number as Username for the website.
• Type in your New Temporary Password, which is your last name (lowercase). Please see the example below (no spaces).
• Example: John Smith, personal member number,
  01234-000 (zero,one, two, three, four, hyphen, zero, zero zero)
  Username: 01234-000
  Password: smith

Once you login, please update your password by following the on-screen instructions.
